This was our third stay at the Blue Harbor House, all of them to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Michele and Matt, the current owners, are very welcoming and make great efforts to ensure guests have a great experience. Matt’s two-course breakfast meals are a wonderful culinary experience. Michele recommended a place for lunch in Rockland and several museums to visit during the day.
We have visited Camden, ME several times since our daughter and family live there. This was our first time to stay at the Blue Harbor House Inn. Matt & Michelle were wonderful hosts. We had a late arrival and Michelle, had our room ready for us with the lights on and wonderful chocolate cookies waiting for us. My partner Dan and I cannot rate Blue Harbor House highly enough. There were personalized treats every day baked by Michelle (these amazingly moist peanut butter cookies). Delicious breakfasts made by Matt, who made adjustments for my pescatarian diet and my partners lactose intolerance (he loved Matt's barbacoa benedict). Michelle and Matt were the ultimate hosts, they saw to every need immediately and graciously. All breakfasts were gourmet quality, and the happy hours were splendid.
This was our first time in Maine and Blue Harbor House Inn was the perfect place to stay! The inn was absolutely beautiful, we looked forward to daily cookies/treats, the breakfasts were INCREDIBLE and we had a blast at their happy hour. Matt and Michelle were amazing hosts! Michelle had everything ready for us and anticipated our every need while Matt's breakfasts and cocktails were delicious. I kept thinking how lucky Michelle was to have Matt!! We will definitely be back!
