I worked with Bluegrass for about 3–4 years, and every single year my lawn kept getting worse instead of improving. Their service quality and customer support were extremely disappointing. This year, I did not renew my contract with them, yet at the end of May they showed up on my property and performed a service without my permission. I have used Blue Grass for 19 years now. Service is just as good as the first time. If/when I have had a question or concern, the call has been returned the same day, and if service is needed, it happens the next day. Mitch, owner, has a great knowledge of lawns, seasons, weather impact, and chemicals ( which are good and which are bad) that all go into keeping a healthy lawn. I have found the prices to always be competitive. Service can't be beat.
We've been using Blue Grass for many years. They are a pleasure to deal with -- reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. The lawn looks great.
