This company is terrible! We just had a loss in the family and had to put all of our funds toward the funeral. We called them about the situation to ask for an extension and they said even if we paid a little today (Friday). The rest is due by Monday. 1. We are not getting paid anymore before Monday. 2. The company is not willing to work with us on the situation at all. I'm moving in 2 weeks and I can't wait to be with an energy company that knows how to switch power between relays without causing a power outage. Every day for weeks now, the power has gone out in Mercer Co for a few seconds. Doesn't seem like a big deal to BGE because it's not their electronics being fried. Every day! And it wasn't storming.
