Bluegrass Auto Body will jack up the charges, add unauthorized charges and add parts that do not need to be replaced. Disappointing – I drive an older BMW and needed some fender work. And was they were recommended by the repair shop next door. I would not recomment them, the paint finish was sandy to the touch. They tore part of the door panel when replacing it. I have had amazing body done before and they ask about taking door dings out at a price to make car look great. I dont think it interests this shop to go above and beyond. Even the sales rep was a barely warm body
