My son's father sent me a Mother's Day Plant. It arrived on Saturday and the peace lily was dead. I called the flower shop on Monday and was told that they would not pay a driver to bring me another plant. Because we are new to the area, I had to get someone to mapquest and provide transportation. When I arrived at the shop, I was told that I had to bring the plant, the following day I returned with the plant and was refused replacement but the lady did take the dead plant back. Can count on them to always do good work! (And good quality for the price!) I have used Angie's Flowers for all occasions that call for flowers and have not been disappointed at all. I have continually been impressed with the arrangements after just telling Sheila "something Springy with color for about $25". She does wonderful work and you won't be disappointed.
