Poor service avarage sushi – I have been to this restaurant twice. I like to give a place a second chance to redeem itself before holding judgment and this place didn't make the grade. The Servers act as if they are too good to provide service to you. You need to call them to come by. The sushi is not bad but pricey for what you get. A wonderful experience – We dined there with two other couples that had chosen this restaurant. We all had a wonderful dining experience and an awful lot of fun that night. The atmosphere is casual but very nice. The staff took great care of us. Most importantly all of our food was excellent. The Mrs has never had sushi before and was nervous to try it. She loved it. All in all, we think this place is a gem in the west burbs and look forward to returning sometime.
Always Fabulous!! – Because it is within walking distance, I frequent this restaurant often. I always leave there wanting to go back. Last night, I took my daughter there and, for while she stated she didn't like sushi, you wouldn't know it from all the things she ordered. She has changed her tune and now LOVES
Delish! – We live right down the street from Blu Coral and patron regularly. Always consistent and some of the most creative and delicious signature maki in all of Chicagoland! YUM!
This place is really not good at all. - STAY AWAY – I love the idea to have an upscale restaurant in the Seven Bridges area. It's in much need of one. I love sushi and I love steak. Let's just say this place was not even close to my expectations. I had the double lobster tail and my wife had the filet migon. The lobster tails were like rubber. Completely overcooked and tastless. Great Friday Night in the Burbs – Blu Coral is HOT HOT HOT. I love the modern decor and the fresh music from the amazing DJs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They ALWAYS have promotions and awesome events. If I did not know any better, I think this was a popular Chicago nightclub, not a suburb nightclub. Overall it's one of my favorite places to go out in the Chicagoland area!

They must have been confused b/c my dining experience @ Blu Coral (Woodridge) was one of a kind. I'm from the Big Apple and I know about sushi and dining. Blu Coral was fabulous... Southwestern suburban sushi lounge oozes a sleek, sexy vibe. – In Short David Yi (Sushi Ai) sticks to a cool, contemporary concept with this 7,400-square-foot space in Woodridge. Printed mosaics with blue, red and white compliment blue walls and an acrylic bar lit underneath by colorful hues. A lounge area has a sexy soundtrack: Think fusion jazz and club tunes. Signature rolls include the Totoro Kani, or spicy tuna over king crab, and the Mini Godzilla, spicy salmon over spicy octopus.
Great everything!!! – After reading the reviews I was hesitant to go. Since it is a short walk from our house we decided to try it. We are so glad we did. Everything was fabulous. From the greeting at the door to Devon our fabulous server and the sushi chief who was very pleasant throughout dinner(we ate at the sushi bar). My husband order the salmon and I had 3 rolls.
