The only reason they got one star is because there is no option to give them zero. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I wish I had seen these reviews before hiring this moron. Hunter lied about servicing our pool, didn't do anything he said he did, turned our pool green, almost ruined our salt cell, didn't return calls or emails, etc. I have filed a complaint of my own through the Attorney General's office. He's a scam artist and he needs to be out of business!
Hunter is not good on his word They don’t show up when they say they will be there. They let my pool get green I fired the them They still owe me a drain valve They won’t answer phone when I call Never communicated with me Three neighbors also fired them My suggestion don’t hire them
Require a payment of one month in advance. Tech don't show up every week to clean and test water quality.. They do send client a results of water quality via text message however when water sample is taken to a local +pool supply store quality readings don't match that of the tech. Owner Hunter very slow in responding to phone call and text messages. The replacement pool pump appears to one that is no longer in production and parts if needed are no longer available.
