The service was amazing. I woke up to a broken garage door at 7:00 am and by 11:30 am the same day, it was fixed. From the moment I booked the appointment to the time the repair was completed, the service was exceptional. This company is friendly, prompt and professional. He even fixed another small issue I was having with the other garage door at no extra charge. I can't recommend them enough. If you have a problem with your garage door not working, CALL THEM! You won't be sorry!
He fixed the door and also did some extra work to fix other issues that we had and didn't know the cause. I will call them again if we need service.
He explained some issues my current set up is having. He repaired my sprocket to get it up and running for now and recommended some updates for the future. He also affixed my opener back to the wall, since I had recently renovated my home and it was just there dangling.

service was outstanding. The foreman even programmed my car for me. I could have had the one broken opener fixed, but they were 18-years-old and due for replacement. They were so appreciative of the fact that I thought to clear the garage out, so they could have clear access to the openers.
