Service and communication needs improvement. I would not recommend this company. Last service day the pool guy did not clean the pool well and left my vacuum broken in the yard. Update, they did reach out to help resolve the problem with my pool vacuum, so I have updated from 1 to 3 stars, but I now have no vacuum and a dirty pool.
Driver makes illegal left turns, doesn't stop at stop signs, dangerous company.
Good pool companies are hard to come by! This one meets the high bar! Responded to a text when I’m back in town , stopped by and helped me fix the problem on short notice! Very helpful attitude. Knowledgeable on equipment. Recommend him highly!
I needed a new pool light at my rental property. I wanted to keep my overhead down and Gary made sure to get me the best price. Not only was the job done right but his service was super fast. Highly recommend Blue Frog for all your pool maintenance needs!
