I recommend Gary to everyone looking for someone to work on your pool. We’ve been through a handful of pool companies since moving to Arizona and Gary has been the only one who is 1) reliable 2) affordable and 3) takes the time to explain everything to us and lets me ask a million questions as first time pool owners. I just started using Blue Frog Pool Company last week, and I’m seriously impressed! I reached out just four days before Easter because my pool had turned green, and I was really hoping to have it clean and blue in time for the holiday. Gary answered right away, came by that same day, and had everything looking amazing well before Easter, even faster than I expected. Service and communication needs improvement. I would not recommend this company. Last service day the pool guy did not clean the pool well and left my vacuum broken in the yard. Update, they did reach out to help resolve the problem with my pool vacuum, so I have updated from 1 to 3 stars, but I now have no vacuum and a dirty pool.
Driver makes illegal left turns, doesn't stop at stop signs, dangerous company.
