I hired Blue Flog Pool for two of my short-term rental properties. From the beginning, I made it very clear that these were short-term rentals, and he said that would not be an issue. Later, he mentioned that the water needed to be changed because it wasn’t holding the chemicals properly. I told him I needed to wait due to existing bookings, as I couldn’t cancel guests on such short notice. After calling three different pool company’s, no one was able to diagnose my pool properly. I got in touch with Blue Frog and the owner Gary came out personally and he knew what to do immediately with confidence. Not only did he get my pool from green to crystal clear he also fixed my pool heater that hasn’t worked in over a year. Since hiring Blue Frog I have met a few more of their team (nice guys). If you are looking for a pool company that cleans, maintenance and repairs look no further! Thanks Gary!
Will not be using this service again. The man who would come to barely clean my pool would drop his cigarette butts in my side yard and my front yard!! He would clean the filter and drop all the debris in the side yard. Completely unprofessional! Not to mention, disgusting!

Had them for a year or so and not once did they hold up to what they promised they would do. Towards the end my pool was green and directly after their service i checked and the basket wasnt cleaned out and was full of debris. No chemicals added. Do tablets in the basket or in my tablet holder. After many conversations with the owner and his wife still nothing changed.
