Love Dave and deidra!!! Always make it a point to stop by blue frog when I'm in the woodstock area :)
As a frequent visitor to the ATL area, I will never, ever, ever, step foot in your shop after hearing how you treat customers. No excuse for telling a customer to get their FAT Asses out of your store. MAYBE, you could have offered to show them something less pricy, or just say, "I hear what you are saying; and I will consider your suggestions" Customer Service goes a long way. Shame. Shame.
There is no circumstance in which it is appropriate to call any customer a fat ass. As a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself.
I over heard that the owner call another shopper a fat ass and should leave the store.. Really?? Let's just say I set my item and walked out.. Customer service goes a long way in my book and clearly she has none!!!
The Blue Frog is the Coolest store. If patrons cannot behave in (any) stores then they do not need to be there. Elizabeth apparently has a behavioral problem. The owners of this store are the sweetest people. Very cool and so fun. Really cool finds as well. Don't listen to Liz's comments.
