Following completed work, at least 6 large plants died. A few were replaced. They died. After a wonderful initial experience, the followup is not only terrible, but phone calls are not returned. Texts are disrespectful. This is unconscionable. Blue Fox gets their money and leaves the customer with dead plants and no communication.
These guys are awesome & I will definitely use them again !!! On time 3 days in a row & provided the excellent service they promised. From the project manager Adam, to the guys in the field, Dakota & Gavin~EXCELLENT !!!
Jessica and her crew are phenomenal workers and super talented. They are professional and collaborative with our vision and have made our gardens so picturesque. They are so patient with my curious pets and child as well . I am so pleased to have their services for all of these years and I look forward to continuing our working relationship for years to come !
