This is a very poorly run park. Owner doesn't do anything the blue signs up say about rules regulations etc. Can't use the clubhouse facilities for all the homeless hanging around cooking in clubhouse sleeping on the tables swimming in the pool with their filthy clothes actually some residents in the pool with clothes on. Streets are filthy with trash- beer cans etc. cars speed like crazy not all streets have speed bumps cars trucks parked all over park streets blocking ambulances and fire trucks very unsafe. Nice little area I guess. Clean for the most part. Except at night homeless people walk the area but keep to themselves, they try their best not to be seen. If looking to buy here and wifi is something you need to live your everyday then don’t live here. Spectrum is capable of servicing the park but the owner will tell you he has to pay out of pocket for them to service which doesn’t make any sense but whatever.
