We've used them twice in 3 years. Fast friendly, dependable, and honest. Maybe you could find someone a little cheaper, but it's hard to beat trustworthyness in my book

Don’t rely on them to actually come out when they say they’re going to. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was told they would get me on the schedule for Friday morning. I continued to call Friday when no one had showed up and was told that I was still “on the list and they would get to me that day”. They no showed for several days in a row and never called back after multiple calls to their answering service. Thursday night I had a clogged toilet. I selected another service which was going to run me about $800. The plumber/technician told me about Blue Flash. They were helpful, came that day, had to work extra hard because my house is old an no updates. The young man was knowledgeable and kind. The price was WAY lower and reasonable. I wiould recommend them highly and use them again,anytime.
