New offices are better and more accessible for those with walking difficulties. You are always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and for me Robin has been a great help. He is willing to challenge me but in a way which is respectful and shows empathy.

I have no negative comments about the therapist but I felt very harrased by the payment system, I indicated I am not comfortable paying online on a third party and they still sent me multiple payment reminders, multiple calls and emails in a day and overall very insensitive handling of the matter. I really felt like the process of payment mattered more than the process of self improvement I was looking for.
