I could not recommend Sharon Pankhurst enough. I was referred through my EAP to her and I am so thankful for that. New offices are better and more accessible for those with walking difficulties. You are always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and for me Robin has been a great help. He is willing to challenge me but in a way which is respectful and shows empathy.

The staff are super kind, warm, friendly, and helpful, making the therapeutic process feel much more approachable. The psychologists are lovely and always greet people with genuine warmth. The service here is high quality, honest, and the team take great care in their communication. The practice is sensitive to diverse needs. I have no negative comments about the therapist but I felt very harrased by the payment system, I indicated I am not comfortable paying online on a third party and they still sent me multiple payment reminders, multiple calls and emails in a day and overall very insensitive handling of the matter. I really felt like the process of payment mattered more than the process of self improvement I was looking for.
