I’m absolutely astounded by the terrible customer service. I find myself being treated like I’M their employee NOT a valued customer. Running low on propane and need a delivery, well it’s going to cost you an extra $100 to $200 because they’re doing you such a huge favor, and you must be very stupid for thinking otherwise. Are you a senior citizen struggling on a fixed income? Too bad, Blue Flame doesn’t care.
