They have terrible customer service! I cannot recommend them with a clear conscience. A dreadful experience overall!
DO NOT GO HERE. We originally joined because we were told on multiple occasions that they price matched other companies in the area. We thought we were set. However, after jumping through all hoops they have for them to price match, they refused to do so. Of course there is no WRITTEN policy about price matching, just word of mouth. So we switched just to have more fees piled on because they refused to follow their own policy. Now they refuse to take our phone calls and are threatening legal action.
