Poor customer service they have one job to make appointments and just over schedule so u gotta wait even longer
After they admitted there was a “miscommunication”, I attempted to get them to make it right. The error they made wasn’t my fault and the driver also went over the 80% fill causing an amount owed when there shouldn’t have been one at all. What I wanted and what I got were two separate things. In addition, she hung up the phone on me. Awful customer service.
