Worst experience, rude customer service and racist. Its better to throw money away than to do business with blue flame. THEY ARE THE WORST

I called Blue Flame because I had a problem with one of my 200 gallon tanks being half-full of condensation and blue flame said that they would not accommodate me and that they would remove their tanks for me to get in touch with another service provider very unprofessional!!! how many people actually shake there tanks to check for condensation??? so in turn your being taken advatage of if you don't check the statis of your tanks

This company has been by far the best to deal with in the past 6 years. There staff is always helpful and quick to return an emergency call. If your looking for a quick and easy company deal with Blume flame is the one!!!!!!

My gas has run out for the 4th time since we signed up with Blue Flame less than 5 months ago, and we're on auto refill, which means this should never happen. Today it is -3C / 27F outside, we are buried by snow, and we have 3 young children in the house with gas wafting through the air (when it gets really low, there's not enough to cook or have a shower, but still enough to be seeping into the air). Unbelievable!
