Worst experience with blue flame, I requested their service for fan change on gas fireplace because fan was making noise and while changing the fan technician took whole fireplace apart and when he assembled back he wasn't able to turn that back on, technician broke my fireplace and now I am calling them every month from last 6 months and the clerk who answer my phone always say I will talk to my boss Ryan and he will call you back but unfortunately after 6 months no one called me back.
