i.e., A locDo not lease your tank from them. First year price was good at 2.20 gal Next year they gave me a price of 3.49 gal that was on 11/20/2014. Price gouging at it best!!!! Called 3 other companies price if I owned my take was 2.44gal to 2.50gal on a approved account in my nameal favorite, or highly recommended because

Service tech Jose Diaz friendly, prompt and went beyond the call of duty by removing a snake for me give the man a raise--Happy Amerigas comes when I thought I had a gas leak and didn,t have to wait forever--Thank u

This is the worst utility type company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They change your payment options without informing you. They are only in the industry purely for profits. Customer service & concern is non- existence. They customer team even lies directly to you. Stay away!!

The worst service I have ever experienced in my 35 years dealing with any service industry. Their attitude is more what can you do for us rather than what they can do for you.

the worst customer service ever. I am a corporate customer and moved, tried to get my gas changed to blue flame took them till mid Nov. to come and evaluate my tank. this was after no less than 6 phone calls. I own a business and could not be in business treating my customers like they do.

Does anyone ever get through to a live person? Every time i have called, i have to leave a voicemail! Why does it take 7-10 days for delivery? Oil takes 1-2!

Horrible customer service they will not set up an install date its been 6 weeks and 8 phone calls. To this day the response is " someone will get with you asap and set a time to install your tank" and this results in another week of no communication or phone call from TITAN. then ill call again and ill get the same response. Ill go anywhere before I use these guys

Consumers Beware! I have had the worst experience with this company. Multiple times a year we were without propane as the tech in the area never checked on us. So we always were forced to pay emergency rates for their propane. Even if it's not emergency rates, their rate is as much as $1 per gallon higher than competitors. When we finally had it, spoke with someone in their office and made sure we paid our account in full to close our account, they take a lengthy time to pick up their tank and then charge us a pick up fee af... read more
