My experience began so well with this company - seemingly nice guys that came to fit and a fast job carried out. I looked past the fact that they left a big pile of red brick debris under the condensing unit outside as I was overall happy at the time. Roll on to coming to actually use the unit and I discovered that the remote control didn’t work and I couldn’t use the unit! I emailed Blue flame but got no reply. WARNING….Do not use this company! This is a genuine review & I have evidence which I will try to upload in photo format. (Part of a total kitchen & utility room renovation), our Worcester Bosch boiler was fitted by Blue Flame Energy Solutions in 2020 without a PRV connection - a serious safety hazard that was brought to our attention by Worcester Bosch upon inspection of a fault in October 2022!
