I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blue Flame Asian Bistro amd Bar, and I can confidently say it’s amazing! Tucked away in the middle of nowhere, this gem is home to some of the most incredible sushi I’ve ever tasted. Amazing food, wonderful setting, great service. Mild spice was perfect 👌 will be back again.
Acceptable food, I had the pad Thai. I ordered the medium spice level,, I would say it was accurate to what was served. I would have liked more vegetables. Had as much chicken at I would expect, the portion was good. Sauce had a nice tang and was not overly peanutty. I may go back to try a few more dishes.
The waitress was fantastic and was very friendly helping us pick a type of saki!
