I had a fireplace that was constantly sooting up, the flames always seemed too low in comparison to the advertised pictures since install and the soot would plug holes in the burner plates creating high and low spots. 5 stars for professional installation of my water tank. 4 stars for customer service. We reached out to Blue flame for a water tank installation in March this year. However, due to insufficient communication or miscommunications, the scheduled installation might have to be cancelled. I was very disappointed because I don’t have much flexibility.
