Just received my bill for work on my fireplace and heat pump, and was pleasantly surprised. The original call was to inspect the heat pump and just change the batteries in the fireplace. The latter led to a significant problem in that the fireplace was not igniting properly, and the possible repair could be very expensive. When the technician returned with two replacement parts, he said that if we were lucky, one of them would solve the problem, and it was the least expensive solution. We were lucky!!!! Blue Flame has recently completed two heat pump installs for our clients. They could not be happier with their work! Rebecca arranged a site visit to see how the work could be done, got us pricing right away and put our projects on the schedule. The installers were great, being mindful of the home they worked in and left the space spotless. Our clients have AC for the summer and they could not be happier! I will always gladly recommend Blue Flame!
