Fantastic service. Wonderful people….sorted out a very complicated problem we had with our heat pump. They also installed a gas fireplace…no mess, no muss! We would highly recommend them for all your heating requirements.
We had Blue Flame service our fireplace. We were on the wait list for a couple of months, but it was worth the wait. As others have pointed out, this is a well run company. Tech was here on time and did a great job. A surprise was that when the invoice came in the mail, it was suggested that we could be eligible for a $25 rebate from Fortis. I applied for this (it was quite easy) and a few weeks later got an email that it was approved. I would have never known that such a rebate existed and so thank you Blue Flame!
Very happy with the new furnace professional installed good people to work with highly recommended.
We had Blue Flame install a gas fireplace insert. They gave us a precise quote and completed the installation quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend!
