About a year ago we had Blue Flame hook up my 10kw Generac generator. Immediately afterward we had a gas leak. Their tech came out and fixed it. They also charged us hefty charge to fix their mistake. During the ice storms this winter, I found out from a tech from Wasington Gas that Blue Flame put an inside regulator on the generac when they installed it. Customer service has a lot to be desired. When I bought my house in Berkeley Springs it had a Blue Flame tank outside. On April 29 I settled. I found a letter on the counter saying they were going to lock the tank if we didn't contact them. I thought that we may owe on the gas we had in the tank. I called to find out nothing was due. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I am extremely disappointed in Blue Flame in Berkeley Springs, WV. I bought a vacation chalet in the area that had Blue Flame as the supplier. They told us we needed the system inspected a few weeks after we settled on the house. Since we primary use if for weekends, we could not get an inspection date set 3 times because the days we would be there would not be convenient for them.
