Cant recommend these guys highly enough. Im a regular surfer, skier and gym goer and the HyperVolt is a sensational bit of kit for all that, but the customer service I had from these guys (Nigel) was sensational as well. Extremely helpful, friendly and generous (they gave me a replacement head attachment for my HyperVolt for free) Awesome guys - 5* all day.....

I purchased a Star Trac spinning bike from them in 2012. Over 12 years later, they've been very helpful in providing pedal replacements. During my most recent visit to their store, they even gave me a used pair for free to keep me going. Thank you, Brett! Truly outstanding customer service and top-quality, built-to-last products.
