Love the food here, but the bartender needs to work on her customer service. I agree with the reviews others have written about the flat vibe from the staff, you don't feel welcomed and at times it feels like your presence is an incovenience. Looks like the bartender with heavy shiny makeup has been working too long in the hospitality industry and needs to move on. Other than that, I dig the food and the younger waiters seem to be more friendly than the old timers....
I was so disappointed with my last visit to Blue Finn. I always considered this place a hidden gem. I've noticed it slowly going down hill over the last year or so. Unfortuntaly, my latest visit will be my last. Upon walking in, I felt like we got a dirty look from the bartender. With three empty tables, we still waited about ten minutes to be seated and then waited another 15 minutes before anyone came over to greet us at the table. The whole staff seems pretty miserable. By far one of the best places we've eaten, and we''ve eaten there many times. Food is fresh, hot and cooked to perfection..
