We didn’t purchase our pool from Sparkle Pool, but I stopped in today with a water sample and Todd was amazing! He took the time to walk me through everything — chemicals, salt levels, and what I needed to get my pool balanced. As a total newbie, I really appreciated his patience and how helpful he was. I called around to a few other pool stores, and none came close to the level of service I received here. Highly recommend Sparkle Pool and Todd!
Sparkle pool services has been exceptional to work with throughout the purchase of our new hot tub. When we first walked into Sparkle we were greeted by friendly and knowledgable employees who took the time to ensure we covered every aspect of their hot tub model line they carried, answered any and all questions we had, and sat with us in many many empty tubs prior to making our final selection. We interviewed four different pool companies and when I met with Dan of Sparkle Pool I knew that they were the company for us. He was kind, considerate and took time to explain everything to me and I knew immediately that he was very competent as well. Sparkle allowed my husband to design the interior depth pool layout.
