Great car wash, I always come here and Jose went above and beyond with helping me get my car cleaned.
This is for my experience at another location but since the experience I had with the company I review for all locations. My wife and I couldn't use it yet we paid for unlimited pay. Asked for inconvenience and was told that I didn't have to pay till February. I was planning to cancel my membership till later but held off yet I was charged. Was told by staff to contact the company by going to the website. I did complete the form and no calls. Called and was on hold for 30 minutes then call was dropped. It's now Sud's. I really like this place I only wish the parking spots were a little wider. The vacuums are strong. They have a blower tool to get the hard to reach spots on your car. They have the conditioner, glass cleaner and air freshener, it doesn't take much. They also provide microfiber towels.
The quality of the car wash has deteriorated; the car had that thin layer of dirt still on it (??), the tire shine wasn't there (??) but I paid for it, and the mgr tried to first mansplain and then to gaslight me when I went in to inquire about it. I'm simply going back to Blue Wave and not look back. No worries, it's just one car wash. Thanks.
