Blue fern homes and Blue fern builders. While they were building the White Center salmon Creek Town Homes, they damaged my sewer line LEFT MY FAMILY WITHOUT SEWER LINE FOR 1 MONTH. I ASK BLUE FERN DID YOU GUYS COLLAPSE MY SEWER LINE AND THEY SAID NO LATER THEY I FOUND OUT IT WAS THERE FAULT. ALSO They damaged My Fence , Barrier wall , and over sprayed with paint on 3 of my vehicles. I wonder what kind of pride do they put in building their town homes if they cant even own up to their mistakes. They never owned up to full pay... read more

Awesome to work with and very happy with my beautiful home.
We bought or Blue Fern home back in 2023 and we are still loving it. We have added a dog and a baby to our house hold and our townhome still looks brand new. The quality has held up even with our to "bruisers" stomping around. One of my favorite features of our town home is all the natural light. Our plants are still thriving and we never get that Seattle winter blues. Thank you Blue Fern for giving us a beautiful space to grow our family!
I've had the pleasure of living in one of their homes. DO NOT buy a home from them. Terrible quality, cut corners, leaking windows, doors, and sidings after only 6 years.
