Nate (site manager) did a great job resolving my issue with the tire shine. He also jumped my car because my battery died, tremendous help! Great customer service, thank you again Nate.
I chose the 2nd from top monthly membership and have been happy with it so far. They are continuously upgrading equipment and the wash does a good job. The dry tunnel could be a little longer but they offer air guns at the free vacuums to touch up any spots. No wash is perfect but they do a pretty good job here. Thank you
Please tell me why I just paid $13 for a car wash and underbody wash, but then had to get home and STILL take my time with a rag and cleaner to get bird poop off my car in four places! The rinse was not at all efficient and left soapy water on my car. It felt way too fast of a pass-through process to even do much of anything, and I can see streaks on my hood that still look dirty.
