Need to fix & maintain the last part of drying process doesn’t even hit the car to dry it.

This car wash completely ripped the fuel door off of my Ford Fusion and cracked it into multiple pieces. The manager told me that they don't feel responsible for the damage. Incredible that they damage cars and then do nothing to fix the situation. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. Please be aware that my car got badly damaged by their equipment, and who knows, it may happen to you too.
Blue Falls Car Wash in Stow damaged my sister’s car on the weekend of June 7th 2026. They are now giving her a hard time about reimbursing her for the damage they caused. The corporate stooge who spoke to her over phone said their excuse is because her vehicle is over 10 years old they are not responsible for damage. I would avoid this place like the plague unless you like picking up pieces of your car in their parking lot. This is like that Godzilla movie that came out a couple of years ago. MINUS ZERO stars.
