It's easy to use, doesn't take much time at all and the staff are nice. However, this is the second time I've gotten a significant scratch along the right side of my car. At first I suspected that I got it going through the car wash, but couldn't be certain. Went again today after getting my car repainted and got another scratch. Can confirm that the scratch was not present before going through. I have a black car, so it stands out. I haven't had this issue at any of the other Blue Falls location, just this one.
First time there today, and had a great experience! A gentleman by the name of Kendrick helped me wash my car mats! He was kind, patient, and very respectful! Great customer service experience! I definitely will be back :)
Recently had my bike rack and bumper damaged here. Blue Falls decided not to help with these damages as these were fully my responsibility somehow. I've gone through many different car washes in the past and usually if there's a concern about bike racks, the employees will let me know....Not here. They will just let you go through without saying a word and if there's any damages, its your fault. I suggest you not let cars/vehicles through if your car wash has the possibility of causing damage.
