Pleasant, friendly service! I recommend!
TLDR: 0/5 stars. TERRIBLE communication, wasted 7 hour trip, and I had to arrange my own tour with the building's facilities manager Their lack of care is astounding. I drove 7 hours round trip to see a property. The realtor (Katie Morrison) who was supposed to show me the rental arrived a few minutes late wearing unprofessional clothes with a child in tow. Blue Emerald is a wonderful company to do business with! They pay in a timely manner and from the rentals I've seen they really take care of their people and tenants! These places have been phenomenal Unlike other properties management companies like cornerstone management they take care of tenants and actually pay!!
