We cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Elephant Events and Catering and Nicki, our fearless wedding planner. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we had dreamed of and more. Blue Elephant catered our wedding and we also had Fausto as our planner. We truly couldn't recommend anyone more than Fausto, Reuben, Alicia, and the rest of their team. We had several calls with Fausto throughout the planning process. He provided advice, vendor referrals (all of which ended up being incredible), and was an absolute machine on the weekend of the event making sure everything was done properly and on time. We worked with Blue Elephant Catering for our wedding and would highly recommend them! From planning out our hors d'oeuvres and entrees to the wonderful menu tasting event, they were professional, accommodating and kind. We suggested an hors d'oeuvre that was not on their menu and they brought that idea to life! We even had a menu mishap later on due to website errors collecting people's selections and they were able to make the changes and additions very last minute.
