We used Blue Elephant for our day of coordination and catering services. Both services were outstanding! Food was amazing and service was efficient and professional. Tony helped Ryan and I by making sure we were taken care of whether it was drinks or appetizers during cocktail hour or dancing her way out to the dance floor to make sure we were taken care of! We loved working with Blue Elephant for our wedding! The food was incredible, and they were amazing at making our unique requests possible, such as Texas-style BBQ and mini Chicago hot dogs. Nicki, the day-of coordinator who came with the vendor, was simply amazing—she ensured the whole day ran smoothly, and she was always one step ahead of everything. We could not have asked for a better wedding working with them!
We had Blue Elephant cater our wedding at Granite Ridge Estate & Barn this past Saturday, 10/11/2025. Fausto (VP) is *phenomenal*. I loved him the moment I met him and he never disappointed! Where do I begin with this incredible company. Blue Elephant catered our wedding at the end of August and everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly, professional, and the food was AMAZING! Everyone raved about the food for the weeks after the wedding and how much they loved the idea of doing heavy passed Hors d’oeuvres instead of a formal sit down dinner.
