I called to arrange a viewing for a flat and scheduled it for 11am the next day. The person on the phone said to confirm the time later that day, but I never heard back. The next morning, I tried calling again after checking their opening hours, but no one picked up. Very disappointing experience.

I was very reserved at first, reading the reviews and doing our own research. I took a leap of faith and decided to rent a flat offered by Blue Dwellings. Both Zia and Ravi kept to all of their promises and showed great professionalism. They went the extra-mile in helping and supporting us in our application for the property. I have lived in the property offered by them for a bit more than a month and I am happy with the arrangements that they made. They have been in business for very long and it shows.

Where do I even start with this company… When moving in, the flat was inhabitable. On the first day of the tenancy, a cleaner was there but had left after 10 minutes without reason. Due to the lack of cleanliness, we emailed asking for cleaners to come in, which took a month to sort out, which is unacceptably long! Then, when moving out, they had the cheek to say on the checkout sheet that everything was ‘Cleaned professionally’ on the day we had moved in.
