Their staff are very rude! We had traveled more than an hour to see them only to be turned away, ( not my choice to travel more than an hour but our insurance is very limiting) i told the receptionist how difficult and long it took us to get there and she offered to take my copay of 35$ for the remaining minutes which I still agreed to because we had invested so much just to get there only for them to come out and tell me I arrived there at a different time and that I will not be seen at all.
