I called them to look at our Trane that we had originally purchased from this company when they were known as Suburban. They still have the record of our purchase. They were quality providers back then. Our cooling went out in the midst of the hottest summer in decades so I called them. They came right out. The technician claimed we needed a new compressor and that it would cost $3800 dollars and take weeks to get the part because our system is 19 years old. We paid them $89 for this visit.
