Samantha is an amazing manager. Her helpfulness and great attitude gave us confidence in choosing Blue Door storage. This is a newer facility, great location, and feels very secure. I highly recommend!
Excellent location and the worker is always there when needed. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She even came back one day and helped unlock my unit. 10/10 I will always recommend this facility.
Got locked out of a unit as it disappeared off the app. Went to the office for help yesterday and no one was there. Went back today and no one was there again and the website doesn’t say they close for lunch or anything so i’m not sure why no one is in the office. Have had such a hard time the past few days getting in touch with anyone over the phone as well.
I love this storage and highly recommend. Very nice staff as well and understanding. 😊
