Was rude & distracted on the phone when scheduling, then when it came time for appointment had created a profile but forgot to enter the appointment so couldn't get the service completed. Drove into town and hired a babysitter for no reason.
The service is amazing; the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. I love coming here to get my hair done, browse, shop and get refreshed!
