I have never left a review for a company. Good or bad, I just won’t. That being said…the Blue Door salon owner Alison Bryant has been doing my hair since was 14 (in Houston) she and I both moved to Austin. She has now been keeping me blonde for over 20 years. I have watched her go from a service provider in a large salon, to an independent single stylist, and now a salon owner; training and hiring local talent. I had read the reviews about last minute schedule changes and decided to still give it a shot (I’m in customer service and like to try and give second and third chances) however less than 2 hours before my appt I was called and asked if I could move to 4 days later… the point of scheduling the initial appt they had booked me for was so I could be seen at that time to get a trim before the weekend.
