horrible customer service – The service i received from blue dolphin pool and spa was horrible. I was looking for a hot tub cover and called in to this business. It took about two weeks for this guy to come out to my house to measure the tub. He kept coming up with excuses and couldn’t make it. Finally he had some time and measured my tub then gave me a call. we then discussed prices over the phone and wanted to settle at 400 dollars.
