This park has the worst customer service I have ever come across!! We had planned a trip for Tasmania to the mainland unfortunately due to medical reason we had to cancel/postpone. I provided a medical letter and requested a refund or a credit to use at a future time the so called manager Danielle refused to give a credit with out booking a date in we explained we were unable to do that as we were waiting to see a specialist if we don’t lock in a date now and need to change it we loose our money.. and she also refused to ref... read more
