Worst experience I have ever had. Blue Dolphin was unprofessional and unresponsive. We went without any communication for 6 months. Numerous phone calls were not returned. The product arrived without notice and was not placed correctly. You will have to call all the subs yourself. Don't expect service after installation as you will NEVER get a call back. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I run a small Demolition company and was given Ryan's contact info by an aquaintance to dig pools. I've dug 13 pools for him this summer and I haven't been paid in full for 5 pools. It is August 2 and he owes me money dating back to June. Each payment he would give were short a few hundred dollars, which has added up. At this point, I have stopped digging anymore pools.
