Overall the condo was pretty on the inside and remodeled. However we asked specifically if the pool and the balcony would be open during our stay and we were told they would both be open even tho construction was going on. When we arrived we found out that was a lie and the pool and the balcony were shut off. Upon entry into our unit 301 there was sand all over the floor, bathtub, and in our sheets. #201 was a cozy place, it had a really nice view from the balcony, nice set up of the rooms and lots of cute decor! There was also all the kitchen tools you could need (silverware, pots, baking sheets) which we found really helpful and nice. We would come back again in the warmer months! Would recommend coming in April and the summer months if you'd like to enjoy warmer ocean water 😆!!

Condo number 202. Is definitely spacious. The beds are not bad either, but maybe bring your own pillows due to the pillow cases not being washed. Construction with jack hammers and welding starts at 7:30am. On the good side you will be awake to see the sunrise over the ocean. You won't have to worry about the kids being on their devices all day......the internet works about 15% of the time. The owner is aware. The apartment is great loud bc of construction, but no biggie that's temporary and theirs and awesome view of the beach good parking and good space in the apartment and clean
