Haven't been back for a year. I figured things would have to improved after this amount of time. boy was I wrong. Woman in the office extremely nasty. the car didn't come out clean. The windows were streaky. It used to be such a nice business it's a shame they ran it into the ground It used to be such a nice car wash. it's a shame they ran it into the ground. Never AGAIN !
This a poor excuse for a car wash and detailing business!!! I will NEVER give them my hard earned money for a below than sub-standard job again!!! I had to show and tell the person who supposedly cleaned my car all of the dirt, dust and pollen that was still there. There were water marks still on the windows and mirrors!!!! Plus they charged me $6 to clean my floor mats that were still dirty!!! PURE LAZINESS!!!!
There may be some good news regarding The Blue Dolphin Car Wash 505 Cortez Rd West, Bradenton seems that the employees paychecks are bouncing all over town which leads me to believe they are in financial trouble. Dont be fooled until the owners gets rid of thier manager Kattie and step out of the way of people who knows something about quality, work ethic and customer service the car wash will be nothing more than subpar.. I worked at blue Dolphin for several months and know for a fact they will lie, accept no responsibility for the poor quality and service. They will cheat wherever they can and charge premiums. This place is beyond corrupt the oner is a liar, manipulating, scumbag. He allows some employees to steal tips after being made aware it goes on. He accepts no responsibility for any damages incurred while getting a car wash. He tells his employees NOT to tell customers he is the owner to avoid accepting responsibility.
