I have always loved going to Blue Dolphin(now Blue Jay) car wash. Lately they seem to rush. I brought my new car in yesterday for its first ever car wash. I paid for the top package, which included armor all, and when I got home, I pretty much had to go over all of it. It had splotches all over. You could see where they wiped and where they stopped. Drove in to get my car washed and detailed turned in to be a nightmare detailer tried to break into trunk and broke my trunk. The big question is why are you trying to get into my trunk when you are washing my car I believe either snooping or thievery anyways this is a CLK 430 they don’t realize when you break something on a Mercedes it’s gonna cost a lot of money.I became upset they became upset they told me to leave I left what a nightmare beware of this company
I've worked for this company it's ran by children if you want your car done right the first time your best bet is to go to eager beaver ya it may be a little further but you'd be very satisfied this place is a drama filled joke and there is no structure running this place
I had a problem with the outside workers gripping and moaning when I pointed out dirt and grime after paying about $ 33 including a 2$ discount . I don't need that stuff when getting a wash. Go somewhere else.
I have taken my car in for washes many times and have always been satisfied. If something was a miss, they would immediately make it right.
I brought my 2014 kia optama in for a wash ,I .get home the hood of my car was scratched up.Windows were dirtier then when I brought it jn.They will never see me there again
No apology or remedy for losing a factory piece to my car. Vacuumed twice and still not done right. Console cleaned twice but only after I returned it. Do not waste your money!
This by far was the worst car wash I have ever gotten. When I pay $35, I would expect the inside to be cleaned as well. There was still sand on the seats, the seats were never moved in order to vacuum under them, the dash board, center console, and door panels were never touched! I am not a picky person but for the money I spent, I only ask for a somewhat clean car. I guess I will be going outside to clean my car AGAIN! I would not recommend this car wash to anyone! Don't waste your money!
I brought my two week old car in for a wash. When I got home I noticed the rims on the driver side front and rear were gouged. I brought the car back and the manager told me no way that they did that. He told me to get a lawyer because he wasn't paying for them and to prove it. I will have a lawyer by tomorrow. Each rim is 500.00.
