Hands-down, the best service I've ever had dealing with buying a relatively expensive toy hauler/camper. I made one phone call Don answered, he answered all my questions measured the inside for my side-by-side more than once. He called me back. The next day I showed up my mom and I.Don was there ready to help me measured again. Awesome experience I would highly recommend. Ask for Don!! The manager was really awesome as well and Brandon finance gentleman!
If I could give a zero I would. We bought our toy hauler in South Dakota, we are from Montana. Purchased the warranty that supposedly covers “everything” Had a water leak, floors became weak, plus hail damage. Took it to Blue Compass, as it’s a Wolf Pup, now $220 to go pick up our camper, with NO WORK done do it, because our warranty “don’t cover it”. That’s not Blue Compass’s fault that we were lied to about the warranty but $220 do look at it and do no work is insane!
It was a great experience. They were very kind and courteous and helped me in every way !
Working with Andrew B in sales was a refreshing experience from other sales persons in the past. (But this was my first experience with Blue Compass.) He was calm, straightforward, and answered all my questions without a bunch of hype, pressure, and/or half-truths! I bought the RV
