We bought a new GD Reflection last month. We’ve had a few minor things that need repair so I tried to contact BD to see how I obtain warranty service, they kept transferring me to a voicemail and no one called me back. Finally called GD and they are assisting me. The Finance Department had our wrong address on the paperwork, she made a “note” of the correct address but we never received anything. Blue Dog had just the trailer we wanted. The people at Blue Dog treated us with respect and care. Loretta was the perfect mix of information, courtesy, no pressure, and fun! I will be dealing with Blue Dog in the future.

Jeremie Prock, is our salesperson, and he has gone out of his way, to make sure we are pleased with our purchase and expediency of delivery. When we have had a problem with previous purchase, they went out of their way to perform the repair on our terms.

Blue Dog RV is a joke. Just returned from a local camping trip and am now cleaning up the aftermath of a leaky AC unit these guys replaced in my BRAND NEW unit. Just now noticed the bent stabilizer jack, rear taillight lens that fell off, and a host of other small issues. I just shelled out 15k Cash for a unit that you would never know was new. This is after two trips back to their service center because they had never done the PDI, and their salesman damaged my unit. Now I have to worry about getting the AC drain fixed befo... read more
