The receptionist is kind and was able to send out a plumber right away for help. Spencer has been very helpful in installing our new heater and explaining the situation and giving us options as well. He did the work in a very professional manner and we didn’t have any issues with the water heater installation so far.
They also called the next day after the install to make sure the unit was functioning well. I now have a better, more durable gas tank heater than I had before and with a much more solid installation.
