Visited Blue Diamond pools as I recently moved into a home with a pool. I received dedicated service which put all my new, pool owner angst at ease. All questions were knowledgeably answered with the needed products readily in stock.
No one deserves a 5 star review more than these guys. Kat was an amazing service tech for my dolphin pool bot. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for you pool needs.
Kat and Danielle have been so extremely helpful teaching me how to maintain my new pool. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I first walked into their store and they have helped me learn and keep my new pool in perfect condition balancing all of the correct levels. Thank you so much for all of your help. My family really appreciates it and we have had countless days enjoying our new pool.
So nice and helpful! They test water for free and suggest necessary products. They also are so helpful in explaining all of the readings as well. We were even able to get rid of our pool guy! Danielle is great!
