Was given Blue Diamond after filing a service request with my home warranty company for a leak.First appt came and went without seeing or hearing from the company. After I texted at almost 8 pm that night, he did respond with a BS excuse and a promise to be out first thing in the morning. My pool pump went out on Sunday, I called and scheduled service for today. The pool tech came out he was on time, professional, friendly and had my pool up and running in 30 minutes. I gIve them 5 STARS.
These guys were great.. Id recommend them to anyone.
Do not ever use. They came out to do “warranty work” for select. I would rather backfill my pool with dirt than ever use this company again. They Immediately cashed the check with no problem but unable to fulfill their end. First time they came out they tried to sell is a $450 filter. Continued to send texts promising to come back out to fix the leak. Finally over a week later came out this morning and fixed a leak - which is still leaking.
